| Claire is responsible for our Active Women Project, She Has Energy in Essex and does this by identifying local community groups that want to take part in sport. Our target is to set assist 70 community groups over three years, getting over 2,000 women active. She is also the Safeguarding and Protecting Children Deputy Officer. |

| Kate assists the team with performance management and is the funding lead for sportessex, specialising in advice on Sport England funding and finding ideas for financial support for clubs and organisations. Kate is also the lead for equality and diversity, PESSYP, market segmentation and the ACE coaches database and works with the sportessex team on our coach education programme. |
